Healthy and Vegetarian Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
120g Integral Flour
4 spoons Sugar Cane
2 eggs
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon yeast
Glass of almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl, add integral flour, sugar cane, a dash of salt and yeast.
2. Mixed the ingredients and then add the eggs and little by little the almond milk, too.
3. With a hand blender, combine the ingredients until there are no lumps. (the mixed ingredients should not be a liquid mixture, but if it gets too thick, you should add more milk.)
4. In a pan, add a bit of oil or butter, and then wait until the pan is hot.
5. With a large spoon, scoop out small portions of pancake.
6. Cook them on both sides until golden brown.
7. And Bob is your uncle!
Note: if you want you can add dark chocolate chips while you are cooking them or add preferred syrup and/or fruit when you eat them.
